Blog Challenge Day 15: Bible Verses

"To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven." Ecclesiastes 3:1

Basically, everything happens for a reason. You have to believe that everything that you decide, that you do, that others do around you, all happens for a reason. He has got a pretty kick ace plan for all of us, but being the persnickety architect that he is, he doesn't share all of his plans. You just have to trust that the broken road that you're walking on is leading you to where you need to be.

"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work; if one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!" Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

There is nothing better in this world than a friendship with someone that is there with you through thick and thin. I know that family will be there for you and family is a whole other topic, but friendship is a relationship that you choose. There are many types of friends that you have as your grow up. There's the friends from the neighborhood because you happen to live next to each other. There are your friends from school because you have classes together. There are your friends from the sorority because you chose to initiate. Through your cycles of life, you will find that those friends will come and go, some just stick like glue, and some that are just as fleeting as your phase with scrunchies. The friends that you chose to maintain communication with and talk to on a regular basis are the ones that will be there for you when you get a promotion or you get dumped. They really make this crazy life a whole lot better!
